I'm by no means an expert in coding.

I would say I'm a beginner. I've been coding with Lua and Python since I was 13, but I wouldn't say I actually learned anything.

What I did was copy other peoples code and throw it into a system I was making for a game called Aetolia. A text based game called a MUD.

Usually this is a great way to learn how to code, but I never actually retained anything. Other then loops, if statements and variables. Your basic non-sense everyone needs.

But now I'm at a point in coding where I want to know how to do all the cool stuff. Mods for games, web pages, desktop applications, and of course games!

Whats the best way to to this? Just start learning! So I started learning C++ for all the back-end stuff I need in programming. I'm also starting this webpage as a way to get into learing HTML, CSS, and Javascript.

Don't let this webpage fool you, I have absolutely no clue what I'm doing, sure I've used Nexopia in the past and figured out a few HTML based things but wheres the fun in that? If I'm going to code even a few lines of something I may as well learn the whole language, yes?

So welcome to my Devlog! Where anything goes. Buckle up kiddos, we're going down to the river.
